Why business teams and companies are turning to TS Eight for travel and event support.

Since our inception, we have deliberately sought to build our global capabilities to support business teams and companies, specifically to handle their event needs. There are so many moving parts involved at some of these bigger events, and for event staff involved in the planning and providing oversight, it's imperative for them that it runs smoothly, and there is a lot of pressure on them to deliver a great event.

We fully understand this pressure involved, and we've been able to see just how vested corporate event teams are when it comes to planning out special events, often many months before the actually event is to be held. Whether this is an internal shareholder meeting, or hosting at a larger event such as Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, a major sporting event such as Super Bowl, Formula One in Abu Dhabi, Monza, or Austin, or at World Economic Forum in Davos. We know exactly what it takes to put on a special event at these types of spectacles because we've been to each one, supporting business teams and large companies.

We will often be consulted in the months leading up to an event, and there me be times where the planning and attendance is not known to the wider audience. For this reason, confidentiality is key as we offer our guidance and support through the early part of the planning, and assisting with the overall plan with logistics and security. This is an essential component of any large scale event running smoothly, and for business teams, having a solid partner that is experienced in taking on this role, is essential for them to focus on the overall event planning. A company may have a small number of people attending an external event, or they may have hundreds traveling to a location, but the same diligent planning is in effect.

For our part, there will be a lot of coordinating and planning for ground transportation, and we've been involved in events where we've needed to work closely with ground vendors to arrange for busses, mini-vans, SU'V's, and cars, and all of this can involve so many changing aspects, so having the flexibility required to plan and manage it is essential. There will often need to be coordinators and facilitators on the ground, working closely with and taking the lead from designated corporate personnel who are likely dealing with so many other things. This is why we offer a level of understanding because we've seen firsthand how chaotic it can be, but with our knowledge and experience, we are able to help take away any unwanted hassle or stress.

In building a trusted relationship with business teams and companies, and having an exceptional understanding of the requirements and expectations for event logistics, helps us to help our clients. We are relied upon for strategic advice in the planning phase, going over staffing needs, defining the amount of vehicles needed, providing accurate drive times which helps with agendas, as well as looking at drop off and pick up points. As we get closer to the event, we allocate drivers and provide the team with driver profiles and contact details, we fine tune the staffing, provide a risk and crisis management overview to help safeguard the attendees, and as the event kicks off, we have dedicated Whatsapp groups which enables the client team to have direct access and coordination control if they need it.
